Category scores
Each 0–100 score sits in a Low / Medium / High / Critical band. A band is a score range, not a verdict.
Top signals
The highest-priority findings across categories, ranked by severity and score impact.
Insufficient evidence
A source could not be evaluated. This is a gap in evidence, not evidence of low risk.
Creator evidence
Bounded, experimental, evidence-only signals. They do not establish identity, ownership, or intent.
Evidence coverage
