What the record says changed

Evidesa re-observes watched tokens on a schedule and saves what it read. This page reads that saved sequence — nothing live — and names the transitions it can evidence: distribution concentrating or broadening, control tightening, liquidity thinning, dormancy and resurrection. Every transition is a stated rule over recorded values, never a learned pattern, and each carries what it does not establish.

The radar reads the saved record only. It runs no scan, calls no market, and states no probability: a transition names movement the record evidences, with the rule that named it printed beside it — and nothing here is a recommendation to do anything.
